ToneParts Electronics Co.,Ltd was found in 2004.We focus on researching and producing tact switches, multifunctional switches and waterproof switches which have high-precise, SMD, subminiature and thin characters. We also make multifunctional hinges, arranging wires, SD Sockets, Board to Board Connectors and FPC/FFC for DVs, portable DVDs and handsets. We have more than 2000 types of switches on offer at present. They are widely used in A/V equipment, alarm equipment, digital cameras, DVs, MP3/MP4 players, mobile phones, electronic toys, study machines, computer equipment, auto electronic parts and more.

All of our materials are imported from Korea, France, the USA and Japan and we have 60% sales in export market and 40% sales in domestic market. The turnout of our switches is 500 million per year. They are exported to Southeast Asia, America, Europe and other countries and regions. We have a factory of 8000 square meters in Longgang District, Shenzhen City. We have a strong and experienced engineer team and strictly follow ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, TS16949 and QC080000 principles to make sure every finished unit being defect-free and RoHS compliant. We inspect the materials and finished products during the whole process. Our test items include life test, insulated resistance test, contact resistance test, spring test, travel test, soldering test, withstanding high temperature test and salt-spray test. Furthermore, we have certified clean rooms to assemble products, so that every unit comes out with high quality. As a result, we have maintained a zero product return rate.

Our automatic assembly lines and staff help us efficiently turn out 500 million units of switches and 2 million sets of hinges and wires annually. Our production value can reach 10 million USD per year.
